このたび、株式会社フォルクでは、新しいスタッフメンバー（計画設計系と経理総務系）を募集します。

フォルクは2015年の立ち上げ以来、ランドスケープデザインを主軸として場や環境のデザインから、エリアマネジメント、環境教育、事業構想、行政計画などにわたるローカル/ソーシャルなプロジェクトを全国の様々な地域で進めています。

それぞれのプロジェクトでは、リサーチから企画構想、計画・設計、施工・監理、マネジメントまでを一貫して取り組みます。

2023年末にオフィスを下北沢から八王子のajirochaya（フォルクが庭のデザインと植栽管理を担当している施設）に移転し、2年が経ちました。現在では、全国各地で様々な主体と連携しながら、地域の計画、場の設計、コミュニティ醸成、地域企業の事業構想など、まちとみどりと人をつなぐ取り組みを行なっています。

現在進行中の主なプロジェクトは以下の通りです。

・小比企（東京八王子市）の農地を活かした地域計画

・吉岡町（群馬）の福祉施設

・有田川町（和歌山）の葬儀社屋

・勝山市（福井）の建設会社事業構想および社屋

・神戸市（兵庫）の福祉施設

今回の募集は、「計画・設計系の業務担当」と、「総務・経理の業務担当」の２種の募集となります。

募集概要：

【募集人数】：計画設計系スタッフ：１〜２名、経理総務系スタッフ：1名

【募集対象】：新卒、中途（フルタイム・パートタイム・業務委託いずれも可）

【募集期間】：2026年1月8日より採用決定次第募集終了となります。
【業務内容】：
・計画設計系スタッフ： リサーチ・企画・設計・製作・施工・施工監理・運営・広報・植栽管理等の業務全般

・経理総務系スタッフ： 経理および総務に関する業務

【給与】：
・当社規定による（中途の場合は実績や経験年数、前職の給与を考慮し、応相談）

・業務委託の場合は実績や経験年数、業務の内容に応じて相談の上決定
・年１回以上のレビューをもとに、賞与年2回、昇給年1回
【あると望ましいスキル】：
・計画設計系スタッフ： Auto CAD、GIS、Adobe、Office、グラフィックデザイン、リサーチ、ハンドドローイング、ライティング、ウェブ制作、模型製作​、映像制作、大工・工作、造園施工、植栽管理、英語翻訳、経理などの中から３つ程度あてはまることが望ましい。（詳しくは応募フォームをご覧ください）

・経理総務系スタッフ： 経理および総務に関する基本的な事務作業

【年齢・学歴・国籍】：不問
【勤務時間】：9:00～18:00（実働８時間）を基本としていますが柔軟に調整可能です
【休日・休暇】：土日曜祝祭日・夏季休暇・冬季休暇・有給休暇・慶弔休暇・産前産後休暇・育児休暇等（他応相談）
【加入保険】：健康保険、厚生年金保険、雇用保険、労災保険
【採用のプロセス】：書類選考の後、2-3回程度の面談を経て正式採用となります。仕事をスタートする時期については、応募者の状況を考慮し、相談の上決定します。

Job Opening at F O L K, Inc.

FOLK, Inc. is currently looking for a new staff member to join our team.

Since its establishment in 2015, we have been engaged in a wide range of local and social projects across Japan. Our work extends beyond designing spaces and environments to include area management, environmental education, social business development, and community / ecological planning in collaboration with government authorities.

Each project involves a comprehensive approach, covering research, planning, design, construction supervision, and management.

In late 2023, our office relocated to "ajirochaya" in Hachioji city, Tokyo. We are currently working on diverse projects that connect people, cities, and plants/ecology—including gardens in traditional houses, schools, cultural and welfare facilities, streetscapes, vacant lots, farmland, parks, and community events.

For this hiring, we welcome applications from a wide range of backgrounds, including:

Job Overview

• Position: 1 or 2 staff member

• Eligibility: Open to new graduates and mid-career professionals (both full-time and part-time positions available)

• Application Period: Applications open from January 8, 2026, and will close once the position is filled.

• Job Responsibilities:

  • Research, planning, design, production, construction supervision, facility operation, public relations, planting management, and back-office tasks.

• Salary:

  • Based on company regulations (negotiable based on experience, past salary, and performance)

  • Includes two annual bonuses and an annual salary review based on performance.

• Preferred Skills (Applicants should possess at least three of the following skills):

  • AutoCAD, GIS, Adobe Suite, Office tools, graphic design, research, hand-drawing, writing, web development, model-making, video production, carpentry, landscaping, planting management, English translation, accounting, etc. (For details, please refer to the application form.)

• Requirements: No restrictions on age, educational background, or nationality.

• Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8-hour workday)

• Holidays & Leave: Weekends, public holidays, summer and winter holidays, paid leave, special leave (e.g., bereavement), maternity and childcare leave, etc. (Other requests negotiable.)

• Insurance: Health insurance, employee pension, employment insurance, workers' compensation insurance.

• Hiring Process:

  • After document screening, applicants will be invited for 2-3 interviews before final selection.

  • The start date will be determined through consultation based on the applicant’s situation.

• Work Location: Hachioji Office

• Language: While communication within the FOLK team is possible in English, applicants are expected to have basic Japanese skills for daily business communication, or to be motivated and willing to actively learn Japanese.
